– Purchase online, through this website.
– Contact us about the watch you’d like to purchase.
– Come to one of the shows in which we participate. Shows are listed on the website in the Upcoming Shows section and details will include the show times, dates, and the location of the Wilk Watchworks booth within the show.

Product Availability
The process of building a mechanical watch generally takes 3-5 weeks, depending on various factors, including the stock levels of components (like the movement) and the number of orders in the job queue.
Quartz watches, if not in stock, generally take 1-2 weeks to build.
During the year end holiday season, the time frame may be reduced as we gear up for customers wanting to purchase gifts.
Custom watches which have added complexity may take a bit longer.
If you have a significant date by which you would like the watch, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
If you have any questions before you place an order, please use the web site to address your concerns with us: we will gladly answer every query - simply contact us.

Shipping
For mechanical watches destined for customers in Canada, in general, we use Loomis Express: an appropriate level of insurance coverage is included and an adult signature is required at the receiver’s shipping address.
For mechanical watches destined for customers in the United States, and most of the rest of the world, in general, we use DHL Express International: an appropriate level of insurance coverage is included and an adult signature is required at the receiver’s shipping address.
For all shipping methods, the courier will provide you with a tracking number by e-mail. In addition, for international shipping, your e-mail address will be entered into the carrier’s system so that you will receive delivery updates by e-mail.
For any watches purchased by customers outside of Canada, duties, taxes, tariffs and customs charges may apply as the watch enters your country. You are solely responsible for any and all of these charges. By law, we must declare the full value of the watch when shipping – we are not in a position to minimise this value to influence local taxes in your country.
Important note for US Customers. The United States Customs and Border Protection Agency (CBP) recently has been requiring the courier to obtain the Social Security Number of the customer when delivering shipments valued at, or greater than, $800.00 USD. This is something which has nothing to do with Wilk Watchworks, and is completely outside of our control.
For our quartz line of watches, shipping methods will be Canada Post for shipments within Canada, United States Postal Service for the United States, and local postal services for some international countries. You may or may not get a tracking number. If you'd like a different shipping method for our quartz watches, please contact us and we can give you a shipping quote.

Custom Orders
Sometimes Scott will take on a custom project. There are limited places in the job stream for custom work during each calendar year. A custom project involves making a watch which has specifications or options which are outside the scope of the stock options on this website. Custom projects attract an initial deposit of 20% in the design phase, and then once we move past the design phase into the component sourcing and build phases, you would have the choice of either bringing the deposit up to 80% of the full price, or of paying in full, as you prefer.
Deposits are non-refundable. By paying a deposit, you commit to having a watch made. Some changes may be made to the order, but that may result in extra charges. After the watch is complete, final payment is due in full.
If full payment has not been received after 15 days of the completion of a watch, monthly interest at a rate of 7% will be levied. Failure to pay all charges after 1 year from completion date will result in forfeiture of all deposits, the order will be closed, and your watch will be disassembled and used for parts.
By placing an order through the web site, by e-mail, or by any electronic communications method (e.g. Skype, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Twitter DM, Facebook DM), over the phone, or in person, you agree to adhere to all policies listed on this page.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Repairs
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange the watch within 30 days of receipt of the watch, and only in respect of non-customized watches.
No refunds or returns on orders
Once an order is placed, either through the website, by e-mail, through any electronic means, or in person, the payment is non-refundable.
The job process starts immediately on receipt of your watch order: parts are gathered and work is begun. Any customization made to the watch outside of the regular stock options will render you unable to exchange the watch. No exchanges on custom or customized orders.
You are responsible for any shipping charges to ship the watch back to us for any reason. Please contact us beforehand if you need to ship your watch back to us from outside of Canada for any reason as certain customs requirements may have to be fulfilled. Failure to comply may mean that additional duties and customs charges are applied, which will be passed on to your account. Your watch may not be released until these additional charges have been settled.
